Take a breath.

As you practice yoga, I’m told that ” Do not practice asanas by asana.”

Now I see what that mean is.

When you can’t breath deeply, you don’t just practice ” breathing “.

After taking care of your body gently, and when you are ready for looking inside of your mind, then first you can start breathing.

Otherwise, you probably don’t even realize that you are NOT breathing.

Asanas are the same.

If you just crave to complete ” shape of asana “, you never know what yoga is like.

Take a break from PC or smartphone a bit and take a deep breath.
