Many people who do yoga think that they MUST NOT think in negative way.
Well, we all are human being, living this life.
Can you really think only a good thing?
I don’t think so.
If you live your life hard, of course there is a tough time.
If you think of your life seriously, then there is a hard time that you have to get over.
There are some misunderstandings about Yoga’s Philosophy.
Yoga doesn’t say you have to smile always.
Yoga doesn’t tell you to think in positive way all the time.
Yoga just guides you to remember who you really are.
In my workshop, I share how you can face to the difficulties, how you can start relationship with others, how you can hug yourself or something what members want to know.
By using books of yoga, like Yoga Sutras, I share wisdom of Yoga.
We are guided to meet each other when we needed.
So don’t be afraid to live your TRUE life.
