When you teach a lesson.

I have started to teach yoga lessons three or four years ago.
Just for the people who I know.
Because I am a therapist, many friends of mine are therapists,
Specialists of movement, or yoga instructors.
So that teaching yoga lessons to them were always challenging to me.
They already know about body well , you know…
I don’t know why I chose this tough way though.

Well, I did it first before I started to worry.
Before your mind decides ” no, I can’t do it”, just  do it.
Make an action first before you start to worry about the future.

There will be the way after you made an action.
